I made some moo shu pork today at the request of a house guest and before wrapping the whole thing in the crepe/pancake, 5he youngster proceeded to squeeze some Cheez Whiz* on the entire thing.
Intrigued, I had to try it myself.
And? Well, I must admit, it's pretty darn tasty. How best to describe it? It would be like something a Shandongnese chef would create if you told her to make the perfect Chinese style Philly cheesesteak.
