Hello Montreal hounds,
The schedule for the 2012 Montreal en lumière just came out, and since I'm not really informed on the worldwide fine-dining scene, I really can't make heads or tails of it. Frankly, I'm having a hard time getting excited about anything in the program.
Thus, I solicit your opinions. What looks exciting to you in this schedule? What would you pass on? Are there any musts? And why?
