Does anyone out there have any idea where I might be able to get raw monkfish (angler) liver? It's very hip these days in the upscale Japanese restaurants - but I've been through all the usual haunts (D&D, Balducci's, Citarella...) and nobody seems to carry it. I've heard some Japanese markets have it prepared (called Ankimo) but I'd prefer to find it raw so I can experiment with it a little. Eternal gratitude for any leads on this one...
