I fell in love with Mongolian when I lived in Taipei for a short time, and I am always on the lookout for a good restaurant serving it. I have lived in Orange County for a long time now, and I have yet to find the perfect one. It seems that most are small and shabby.
I am hoping that the right restaurant is out there, waiting. I do have two absolute requirements: they must serve the pita-like sesame bread, and cilantro must be an available ingredient.
