Trip is almost here, so probably this is the last weirdish question from me, at least for now :-)
I'm hesitating for our first day, this Monday, we arrive to the apartment in Republique area late noon, and i'm not sure we want to "obligate" for an evening reservation, i preffer to refresh a bit, maybe have something light at apartment, Aux Peches Normands and Du Pains et Les Idees are really close, and i'm familiar with both, but not sure what will i find there around 1600. Then we want to walk "calmly" in Marais area and have some good and not formal lighter food at several spots there, continue to Palais Royal area for the evening and do the same, evening stroll and eat "not formal", without being really tied with a reservation.
The "other option", is just to try and book Pirouette for a full dinner, that may take more time, will not be easy on the budget taking into consideration other reserved places (Goust, CLJ, Sola, Nomicos) and especially will make it a less "strolling" first day :-)
Will be glad to get your tips for that !
