Which Mission restaurant is this? (Help, please!)

I stumbled across a lovely little corner restaurant in the Mission recently and now I can't recall the name! Does anyone know which restaurant this is:

- Location: Northwest corner of Guerrero St and, I dunno, could be 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st or 22nd....It's across the street from a laudromat on the NE corner. The rest of the block is, I think, residential.

- Decor/Space: Small, supercute, stylish, neighborhood place-- a single room with modern, warm decor. There's a small pastry case directly in line with the door (along the Guerrero Street side) with some pretty killer-looking house-made pastries and pies. I think but am not certain that one wall was brick. I remember modern art or photographs.

- Menu: A quick glance at the menu revealed an impression of New American-ish food. Key clue: They served me a cup of stellar, individually drip-poured coffee made to order. I think it was Blue Bottle.

Other clue: The owner told me they'd been open for about a year.

It's not The Liberties. This place is smaller, chicer, and newer.

I'd like to take a friend there this weekend for a birthday meal and would love to make a reservation. Does this ring any bells to anyone? Thanks very much for any help!
