last minute trip to beloved PDX, need suggestions!

Hi Portland foodies! I have to say, I'm thrilled that I will be back in the wonderful city of good food and wine this coming weekend! My boyfriend and I both agree that Portland has the most to offer food-wise than any other city we've ever visited!

Anyhow, this is our third time visiting, here are some of the places we have eaten and liked(what is there not to like???) so far...

Paley's Place(all-time fave)
the bar at Higgin's
Pearl Bakery(w/out a doubt one of the best bakeries I've ever been to!)
Wildwood
some Mexican place with GREAT barbecue pork tacos, but the name escapes me?

that's all I can think of...So what are the latest must hit places? I'm curious about that Park restaurant(near the Pearl Bakery), the menu looked great last time we were there, but alas, so many places and only so much time...
What are your favorite wine bar/small plates spots? Favorite dives? Splurges?

For this coming weekend, we have Friday night, all day Saturday and all day Sunday to fill up with lovely dining options. I can already tell you that we will have dinner one of the nights at Paley's Place, so that leaves two lunches and two dinners. Budget friendly places would be appreciated, as this trip is totally last minute and not exactly a "scheduled" splurge, if you know what I mean! Also, we are staying downtown, so places w/in walking dist. would be a plus, we have no problem treking up to the NW neighborhood, but to go across the river closer to where that mexican place is I think we would need a car, which we might end up renting one for one of the days, anyhow. Thank you so much in advance, the last time I came to this board for suggestions(1.5 years ago!) it was very helpful and we had a great weekend of happy dining!

Thanks again, from a desert stranded foodie that is thrilled to be returning to city of great dining!
