Have just completed two consecutive dinners at the newly evolved Ministraio. I consider it a triumph for Gino and his crew. The new chef from Emiilia Romana has a terrific way with pasta. The tortelli that I had last night was among the best I have had in Los Angeles in years. All together I have had/shared five dishes and each was was superb. My only criticism is that the wine list, though respectable by all measures, is not very ambitious.
