I stopped in at the B-side last night for a greyhound or three -- fabulous freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and vodka. Mmmm.
The bartender gave me a flyer about an event next week that is billed as a 3 cooks - 3 courses set-price meal focussed on the mighty tuna. The chefs will be Manuel Sifnugel from Claremont Cafe, Nate Tasato from Clio, and To'mas Garcia from the B-side. According to the bartender, each course is prepared by a different chef and although he wasn't sure of the price he thought it hovered around $30.

PS -- oh yeah, they are also doing a pre-release of Beck's new album that night. So, if you like Beck AND tuna, this is your night. I would say you proabably would have to at least like Beck in order to enjoy the evening.
