In preparation for their upcoming sandwich shop at the KSM, Todd & Rob have been testing out a cheesesteak. It's available Monday & Tuesday nights at the bar in The General Muir. It's awesome. 100% ribeye ... meaty, cheesy, & with a hit of salt. The bread, courtesy of the best baker in Atlanta, is spot on. Ultimately soft, it has just the right amount of stiffness to support the filling. It's a bad ass meat torpedo. After tax it's about $15 but let's not worry about that right now - just go and get it.
