Farm to table vegetables were EXCELLENT.
We ordered the Colorado Lamb Leg and Duck Breast.
Lamb leg was too dry, sauce was excellent.
Duck on the other hand...was very very good. Highly recommended. Not sure how do describe it..rare but not rare? Texture was to die for. Fat under skin was minimal..surprisingly good.
Skip the 'left hand' menu and go with the daily fresh vegs...can't go wrong.
