Best Masala Dosa

I'm looking for the best masala dosa you've had in/around LA. I like 'em crisp on the outside, somewhat soft (but firm, not soggy) on the inside, and filled with a tantalizing mix of spiced potatoes. Also, any ideas on how to replicate restaurant-quality masala dosas at home? Thanks.
