i know this is last year's internet sensation. and it technically belongs on the home cooking board.
but for those who missed it last year, you have a treat in store.
and you could argue (re board placement) that it's a sf food story, insofar as mary risley is a local food personality, tante marie a local cooking school
and it affords some balance for those sf locals (like me) who are managing pre-holiday angst by reading w/ furrowed brow the posts on this board re finding the best bird
