This is my favorite of her books - everything I've made from it has been divine - the cabbage rolls with prosciutto and beef filling, the veal with saffron and cream pasta sauce, the scallops with mushrooms and a little bit of hot pepper...the list goes on.
If you are a MH fan and don't have this book, do yourself a favor and get it.
