As a real Maple Syrup snob, who has tasted this amazing Ambrosia in Ontario, Quebec, Vermont, etc., I have now crossed the Rubicon of syrup bliss after the purchase of a syrup at Culinarium. The syrup is black, comes in a Bell Jar, and is a local. The TASTE…nutty, earthy, with a rounded aftertaste. I had this on French Toast this morning with sweet farm butter on an Epi loaf. Like kissing the hem on an angel’s gown. Together with some Niagara organic bacon…yo mama!
