the best one in NY can be found at Sapporo East (1st
ave& 10 th st 212-260-1330).
they only make that when they got a really good tuna, and autumn to winter is good season for tuna.so now they have it on the special menu.

Mon or Thu.if the other guy make this dishi(or sushi),
it's very different,still good, but not great.
also, their medium fatty tuna sushi is the best deal in NY.it's only $15 for 7 good piece, and the best quality.
And the white fish tempra from special menu is one of the best tempra in NY too!BUT make sure that
MR. Shige (the tempra mastar) is makeing tempra.he is off Tue, sometimes thu.

you don't have to got to Hatsuhana or yasuda or maeda and pay $100.( don't get me wrong, I love these placese )
