Lyfe Kitchen in Culver City -amateur review.

I've driven by this new restaurant around lunch time and noticed long lines so I thought I would try it out for an early dinner. Very pleasantly surprised about what I found. A very clean new spacious comfortable location. A health oriented operation with separate menus for vegan and glutten free. Lots of salads and grains and interesting combinations. You order at the counter and they promptly bring you your order. One immediately gets the feel that this place is a class act. I had the grilled barramundi served on soba noodles, shitake mushrooms, baby spinach in a nice broth. For $12.99. I thought the quality was quite excellent. Very fresh, nicely seasoned. I was very happy. My wife ordered the beet salad with farrow and greens. Very good. I really appreciated the couch like seating at some of the tables. Very professional and friendly staff. I'll be back.
