I want to thank Luther for the recipe for those wickedly good rosemary spiced nuts recipe. I made them Christmas day with some raw cashews I needed to use. The guests that evening inhaled them. There were just a few left for us. This past week I got to Trader Joe's in Indianapolis and got another lb. of raw cashews to make more. I just took them out of the oven. I roasted them in the butter and salt and then added the rosemary and cayenne when I took them out. The rosemary fragrance is more pronounced and did not get too crispy while the nuts were roasting. Buttered cashews Yum!
