Lunchtime in Santa Cruz

I work in the area that could be described as "Central Santa Cruz." It's bordered by the river on the west and Branciforte on the east. So far, I've been pretty under whelmed by the lunch choices around here. There really isn't anything here that has stood out to me.

Now if I venture into the Eastside, there is always the excellent Tacos Moreno. The sandwiches at the Buttery are ok, but not a good value. I'm not a Vallarta fan.

As far as Downtown is concerned, I'll only go to the shopping center with Erik's and Mobo Sushi because it has easy parking. It's too much of a pain to find parking anywhere else Downtown at noon.

Any suggestions? Maybe there is a good restaurant I haven't considered or a lunch special I don't know about.
