Today was the third time I've been unimpressed with Boulevard for lunch - and this is over a time frame of a few years, so it's not as if I caught them on an off day.
Overall I just find the food to be unimaginative, underportioned and overpriced. Today I had the seared day-boat scallops (2 of them for about $14) which were served with some kind of risotto-like with broccolini in it - I swear it looked and tasted a lot like a broccoli-and-cheese-sauce thing you get in the frozen section of the supermarket.
Is it significantly better for dinner? At this point I don't recommend it to others for lunch (I think One Market is much better) but I'm wondering if dinner is the time to go there.
