Texas c-store chain Buc-ee's, a 25-store outfit whose eccentricity and quirkiness has ... pronounced "Bucky's" — the biggest and most famous is the flagship in Luling where you can see alot it is huge but did not find anything there I wanted to eat just sandwiches and burritos naw so I left and went to Valor gas mart to get gas it was cheaper from there hidden away I saw The Rail Car Diner looks like an old rail car not much to see but went in as greeted very kindly and the staff was friendly and talkative. For the rainy day they had homemade chili and chicken noodle soup both were good I got the catfish and a friend got the ruben sand. both had great flavor and the price for two people was a great deal then shared a slice of apple pie I am not much of a cinn. person so just had a bite it was good and you can add ice cream with your desserts.
I had noticed a few people at Buc-ees were feeling and talking "Let's just go" so if anyone is going through this area off I-10 and want to stop for a bite I would def. say this dinner it is worth the stop and Buc-ees is a good tourist place to look around and get items of the Texas style.
Happy 4th all.
