I just had my very first Lou Malnati's and it was absolutely delicious. Being from LA we have nothing like this over here and I must say that it was a unique experience. For example, when they make them they layer them with a lot of cheese first and then cover it with a layer of crushed Tomatoes and Pepperoni which is the opposite to the way I'm used to seeing Pizzas made but has no affect on the taste. Also, they don't have a lot of crust which is something that I love about Pizza but that is just a personal preference. If you could believe it when it arrived I waited overnight to defrost it as they say that Lou's Pizza's taste best when completely defrosted. Definately worth the wait. The only drawback is they are rediculously expensive mainly because of the overnight shipping but they are worth it once in a while.
