Years ago I found a great recipe in Bon Appetit (I believe). It was for roasted asparagus with a basil dressing/sauce. To the best of my recollection it had a lot of basil, olive oil, some anchovies, garlic and I think capers and lemon juice. It had a great bright flavor that married beautifully with the roasted asparagus. It was something everyone, especially me, loved.
Unfortunately I can't find the recipe now. I've tried looking for it online to no avail. I don't know the proprotions. I'd really like to make it for Passover so I don't have a lot of time to figure it out.
Anyone by some remote chance know this recipe or have something like it that you can recommend?
I really appreciate it and so will the 24 other people at my seder!
