Last year, in laws tossed carcass in garbage before I had a chance to take it. And their garbage is pretty gross, so I didn't try to rescue it.
This year, I made it clear I wanted the carcass. But life got busy, and it's still in my fridge. In a box, with foil on top. Safe to use to make stock? Or should I toss it at this point (Been in there since Thanksgiving).
