Hello everyone. First-time poster, but a long-time lurker!
I prepped stuffed peppers this morning and now find I won't be home for dinner tonight. They're basically stuffed with cooked meat, onions and orzo, on a bed of diced tomatoes and sauteed onions...so pretty much everything except the peppers is already cooked. How long can I keep them in the refrigerator before baking? Or should I bake them tonight and then reheat later?
