Long Neck Delaware - Fine Dining Report

After many delays I finally made it to Signature's Bar & Grill @ Baywood Country Club. Valet parking - in Long Neck, DE - couldn't believe it. Decor is breath taking. Lots of mahogany and in the ceiling also, beautiful victorian lamps, arts d' object. White linen service with overlap of burgandy linens. If you are not seated right away - they sit you on these large overstuffed couches & chairs with marble tables just opposite the bar. Cocktails were great, food was great. I had New England Clam Chowder - very thick and creamy; house salad with blue cheese dressing (must have been Maytag brand); prime rib of beef (rare-rare, that's how I like it) was perfect with horseradish cream, baked potato and the basket of breads was different - several types of hard and soft breads and lots of fresh butter balls. For two of us $105.00 + tip and 3.50 for valet parking.

Definitely on my list of places to return.
