Got a steak on Sunday that was vacuum sealed and frozen. Put it in my fridge on Sunday, intending to eat it Monday. Things happened, got too busy, now I want to eat it today.
I know the rule of thumb on defrosted beef is eat in 2-3 days, but that's for non-vacuum sealed meat.
I also know that fresh, vacuum sealed meat lasts a week in the fridge.
But try as I might, I can't find any information on defrosted, vacuum sealed meat.
