Thanks asun for posting the info relating to Lobster Day a couple of months ago.
On May 17th, we made a trip from Baltimore to Montgomery Co., cooler in tow, and picked up our order of 12 1.25lb lobsters. We invited people over for dinner, grilled some corn, potatoes and steamed up the lobsters. I've never had a dinner party where it got completely quiet after the food was served. The only sounds that could be heard were shells being cracked and occasional moans of ecstacy. The lobsters were nothing short of incredible. These lobsters were as good as any I have eaten in Maine, and everyone else commented that they were the best lobsters they've ever had. People couldn't believe that lobsters could taste so good.
Now we just need to find the patience to make it until October so that we can get some more of these delectable crustaceans on the next Lobster Day.
