I've always preferred my lobster broiled... but the last time I was thinking "this seems kind of bland", and started craving lobster with black bean sauce.
I never cared for lobster much... don't think it'll be available in the chinese deli's I enjoy... but before I go to one of the Sam Woo Seafood resteraunts (I'm guessing) I thought I'd ask here.
Any personal experiences with GOOD lobster and black bean sauce? Rowland Heights? San Gabriel? Anywhere would be appreciated...
