My local grocery has lobsters on sale through Sunday for $3.99/lb. We steamed some last night and they were terrific.
I would like to do them again before the sale ends and our family can't agree on steamed vs. lobster rolls, so we want to do both. However, we've already got dinner plans through Saturday night.
Can I buy two dinners' worth of lobster Sunday, steam half of them Sunday and make the other half Monday for lobster rolls? Or better to make them all Sunday, but not make the rolls til Monday? Want to make sure everything stays fresh and delicious.
