I was at Ho Ho Chinese for the first time the other day and noticed they sell live scallops and razor clams by the pound for $15. Are razor clams worth it? And what percentage of the scallops should I except roe to be attached?
The only thing I got was the BBQ pork. I'm still undecided on that. It was the sweetest I've ever had, but lacked much beyond that flavorwise. And once it got to be room temp it got kinda hard. I still think I like First Chinese better. Been a while since I've been to Din Ho to compare.
