Live lobster direct from the lobsterman

Bob Grove | Jul 1, 2009 11:23 AM

I've found a lobsterman in Maine that has decided to sell direct via the web. Most of the web sites that sell lobsters are pounds. They have giant holding tanks where they keep lobster for days and sometimes weeks. This guy will pull traps in the morning, ship in the afternoon and you have them the next day. It doesn't get better than that. It's a family operation with him, his wife and 3 kids. And really fresh lobster. He sells individual lobsters and "bulk". One deal is ten (10) pounds of chix (1 - 1.25 lbs) for about $75. If you want them all small, that's ten lobsters for about $115 delivered. Pretty good. He's at www.MyMaineLobster.com
