After the coal-fired/brick oven pizza discussion I thought it might be worthwhile to try to come up with all the places that cook a pizza in a brick oven or in some other fashion near real flame, coal-fired heat, not just on a rotating metal shelf, etc.
Here's what comes off the top of my head:
Robey Pizza Company
D'Amato's (east location)
Tuscany (Taylor at least)
and of course, it must be admitted... California Pizza Kitchen
I'm sure there must be at least double this number if not 3 or 4 times. Others?
