In New England, Florida and California, you can get a great Portugese sausage called Linguica. Spicy (with Paprika), but not hot. Nicedly Garlicky.
Have yet to find any place around here. A cple of Brazilian Restaurants serve it, but the 2 I asked actually get it from New Bedford MA
Janssen's in Greenville DE sometimes has their own (sometimes I make my own). Anyone know of places that have the commercial version?
