I went to Limon on Monday night.
Don't know what all the hype is about, the food was good, but not spectacular, I would not even call it innovative.
I ordered the Saltado del Pollo and the Ceviche del Camarron.
The Ceviche del Camarron was pretty good, but the dish did not taste any better than what can be found at other restaurants.
The Saltado del Pollo really shocked me, as I ate the dish I thought of Panda Express, the ingredients tasted cheap and flavor was pretty hollow.
If you are dying to try this place; wait, because the food does not justify any hassle.
Limon stikes me as being more hip than anything, it was much more of a "scene" than a gratifying culinary experience.
