Les Papilles , Chez J. Dumonet, L'Ami Jean or ??? for a Solo Dinner?

I will be in Paris in a few days for a week or so. I have already booked a few places, including La Regalade St. Honore and Chez L'Ami Jean (pending). I am looking to add a couple of more really good casual, reasonably good value places. I have been to the original La Regalade multiple times and love it; I also like L'Ami Jean, though I am hesitant to go there solo - not sure how enjoyable the crowding might be as a a solo diner. Also, I remember reading here that they have changed their menu, or that they no longer offer their great menu deal?

Any thoughts on Les Papilles or Josephine Chez Dumonet, particularly in terms of being a solo diner? What about Passage 53? Any interesting one-stars or new places to recommend? (i tried to book Yam T'cha, but they are closed during my trip.)

Thanks for the help.
