Title says it all. Husband and I want to go to le severo for some good boeuf on our trip in 2 1/2 weeks. Preferably would like steak frites but will feel out our order when we get there. Should we plan to go for lunch or dinner, and should we make reservations? How bad is the wait without a reservation in mid-October? I apologize in advance if these are silly questions...I have a tendency to ask those!
