I'm planning on taking my BF to Le Berniden for the Chef's Tasting menu with wine pairings.
I know the meal is already extravagant but I want to do something extra special and add a course and wine pairing to make it a meal unique to us. The restaurant will then print a special menu just for us.
My question is this: I'd like to add the Beausoleil Oysters from the Prix Fixe menu (he loves Oysters). Would this pair well with the rest of the menu, or is there something else I should add?
