I have Ranciila Silva which is suposed to be a good cap machine. I have made some nice Cappaccino's which I am roud of. I tried a number of different approachs and have not been able to make a nice design at the end. I either have to thick cream or to thin depending on what direction I am going in. I have tried keeping just below the surface till105 and then down a inch untio 140+. (to thin). I have keep at surface for the whole time and I get some nice cream at the end but to thick. What is the trick.
