My wife and I will be in Vegas for an business convention for a few days. We have relatives there, and will rent a car and stay with them, but will be at the Southpoint Hotel (south of the Airport) during the day.
Our relatives aren't huge foodies, so I'm looking for some good recommendations for local inexpensive restaurants. Not the $$$-$$$$ celebrity chef on-the-strip GRAND EXPERIENCE, just something (perhaps) locally-owned, ethnic, southwest, you get the idea. There's also a chance we may take a few couples out for dinner from the convention, so the place can't be TOO gritty. Summerlin, Henderson, North Vegas is fine too.
I've read on this board about Rosemary's, Lotus of Siam, MarcheBacchus, Cafe BaBaReeba. Come on, there must be some more favorites out there!
