Kuala Lumpur - Ngau Kee Beef Noodes

klyeoh | May 15, 2010 01:53 AM

Perhaps one of the best-known purveyors of KL style beef noodles, Ngau Kee at Tingkat Tong Shin has been there for nearly 40 years.

Noodles used are thin, springy egg noodles, like those used for wanton noodles. Do order Ngau Kee's signature dry version, where the noodles are tossed in dark soysauce & topped with minced beef, served with a bowl of clear soup with beef balls, tender cubes of beef & ox-tripe on the side. Really enjoyed my lunch there today!
