Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Alor Eats (Part 2)

Returned to Jalan Alor this evening, joined by fellow Hound, mikey8811 this time. Our destination of choice: Wong Ah Wah Restaurant - Jalan Alor's legendary BBQ chicken wings place.

Our orders were taken by Wong Ah Wah herself - surprised she was a youngish-looking middle-aged woman, seeing that the restaurant had taken on such a reputation even amongst foreign visitors, and grown from one single shophouse to 5 shophouses in a row along Jalan Alor!

What we had:
- Barbecued chicken wings (of course). They were smoky, juicy and delicious, especially delicious when dipped into the spicy, vinegarish chilli sauce that comes with it.
- Fried tung hoon (mung bean noodles) with eggs, shrimps, mushrooms and beansprouts.
- Yong tau fu and fried wantons. Good but still cannot compare to the famous ones in Ampang (Foong Foong and Homeland)
