Korean and Mexican Food Tour

Hey LA Hounds,

I'll be spending one day noshing around L.A., I'd like to focus on Mexican and Korean mid range to hole in the wall type places. I am from SF and will get a car at LAX and spend the day driving around eating. Based on previous threads, here are some ideas on my itinerary so far:

Yongsusan
Sigol
Dan Sung SA
Beverly Soon Tofu
Carnitas Michaoacan
Taqueria Sanchez
Antequera de Oaxaca
Babita
P. Mozza - an add on

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or recommendations for quick non-sit down type places. For Mexican I'm interested in taco stands/trucks, particularly seafood type stands or others that I don't get in SF. For Korean, I'm interested in cold noodles, stews and seafood. (To save some stomach room, I probably will skip bbq on this trip). I'm also trying to find a good Korean restaurant for having one casual dinner with friends.

Any of your help and expertise would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
