Just saying - it's so nice to go to a real coffeehouse, where you don't feel the need to explain to the counterperson and barrista how to make a macchiato.
And this was the perfect macchiato, a wonderful, deep-flavored espresso, pure and sweet all by itself (no need for sugar), that is still lingering on my palette a good hour or more after I've had it. Marked with a bit of foam, in a beautiful design. Just enough.
This is the third time this week, and I can see them getting a bit more organized each time. They've pretty much got it together now. That cinmamon pastry they've got (from Pacific Whey Bakery) was darn good too.
