KC - new Red Snapper Asian

Finally made it to this new place at 85th and Ward Parkway. Did Saturday lunch. Wow. It's a little on the pricey side, but real shrimp toast! Huzzah. Had the shrimp pad thai (which easily rivalled the Thai Place's, best in town IMHO), potstickers, and a mountain of shrimp toast. Everything was REAL, compared to the small, burnt fried things I've heard referred to as "potstickers" and "shrimp toast" at other KC places.

Good menu variety, as the name "pan-asian bistro" implies. Everything from thai and yaki soba to Peking duck. Good service too. All of our food was excellent. As far as I'm concerned, it spanked Blue Koi and Max's downtown in terms of choices and quality. It just opened, so hope it stays good. If so, I'll be a regular.
