Yesterday for breakfast I fixed scrambled eggs the way Karl S touts. For lunch we had kattyeyes Reuben soup leftovers. Last night's dinner was jfood's short ribs and MMRuth's arugula salad. And I'm fixing a Will Owen pork shoulder recipe today. Tomorrow will probably be jfood's goat cheese ravioli (already in the freezer).
I feel like I know these people and other Chowhounds though we may never have a face-to-face. When I go to a cookbook these days, it's frequently Hazan's Classics because so many CHs love her (I do too). I tend to be a recipe follower and so this suits me to a T. I just thought I'd mention this because I'm sure there are plenty of like-minded 'hounds out there. It's a real community, isn't it? Kinda like having all your next door neighbors being really good cooks. Thanks to all of you and have a great day.
