I'm going back to Kam Chueh tonight and am wondering if there's anything spectacular I may not have tried. I visit China frequently and I can eat about anything though I don't go out of my way to get something for the sake of saying I've had it, after having Ox penis, scorpion and duck heads I've got that base covered. Any recs not on the menu? Below are some of the dishes I've had before:
Lobster cantonese style, (kam chueh's raison d’être)
Shrimp (not sure which)
Steamed Sea Bass
Fried Rice, baby snow pea leaves (heart)
Anyone know if they've got good fish heads? Also do they serve yellow fish and if so is it real yellow fish or just some fish they call yellow fish. How are the soft shell crabs?
