Has anyone ever tried this stuff? It's pretty fantastic. It's thicker than any sour cream I've ever seen - looks more like canned frosting than what you'd normally get from others. We had been using Greek yogurt in place of sour cream for some years now, preferring the flavor and texture. Then, I found Kalona.
One particularly amazing application was putting it on steamed corn on the cob in lieu of butter. The stuff just heated, didn't really melt, and added a terrific tang.
