I've been jones'ing for beef tartare (at least I think so---it's been so many years since I last had it and I hope I don't discover that all I really wanted was a couple of mouthfuls) and I have two questions about which of these two places to enjoy it at (I welcome any other suggestions but Jolie & Bacchus are totally local so they are where my interest lies):
1) purely culinarily, does one have anything over the other? Style of preparation, ingredients, quality of meat...
2) does one or the other present a more comfortable choice for dining solo on merely an app & a glass of wine?
