i am a fan of jkwb. in terms of the food.... but i have to say that i've only gotten great service from them a couple of the more than i can count on my fingers times that i've been there. and then even so the great service comes primarily from the chefs behind the bar. or oddly enough, when the place is ridiculously packed.
what has your overall service been like? i find it even worse when you're at a table because they seem even less enthusiastic and more willing to drop a plate in front of you and run away.
i'm asking also because i'd like to compare my experience with others with the intention of dropping the jkwb staff an email to see what they say.
if we could steer a little further away from the food and more into the realm of the whole experience, it would be appreciated.
